    When is a Cash Card considered dormant?

    The card is considered dormant if there is no financial activity depending on the type of card:

    Embossed/Corporate - 360 days

    How to reactivate a dormant card? A dormant card can be re-activated with any financial transaction, for example, any purchase, withdrawal or a card reload.
