    Supplementary Cards

    With the BPI Amore Visa Credit Card, you can get up to 6 supplementary cards. This means your family members can enjoy the same privileges as you if you give them a supplementary card. The annual fee on the first supplementary card is waived forever, so you to pay annual fees of P1,025 only for the second to sixth cards.

    Eligibility Criteria

    You need to have a minimum income of P180,000 in a year to get this card.

    Documents Required

    You will have to provide the bank your identity proof, address proof and income proof. Income documents include:

    • Payslips for the last 3 months
    • Employer’s Certificate of Compensation Payment/Tax Withheld (BIR Form 2316)
    • Income Tax Return (ITR)
    • Financial statements (if engaged in business)

    How to Apply for BPI Amore Visa Credit Card

    You can get a BPI Amore Visa Card in two ways:

    • Apply online by filling in the application form on the bank’s website and uploading the required documents.
    • Apply at your nearest BPI bank branch by carrying all the required documents with you.

    Lost/Stolen Card Liability

    If you lose your BPI Amore Visa Credit Card or it gets stolen, the first thing you need to do is to report the loss by calling the BPI Express Phone. The contact numbers are: (02) 89-100 (in Metro Manila), domestic toll-free 1800-188-89100 (outside Metro Manila) or 632-89-10000 from overseas. If you report the loss or theft promptly, the onus of any transaction happening afterward will not be on you. But if you do not report the loss immediately, you will have to pay the dues even if the transactions were not done by you.
