How does the Fraud Transaction Insurance work?
This paid insurance cover comes to you at just P10 per month (or P120 per year), on the basis of the payment option you choose when you decide to sign up. It offers compensation by reimbursing unauthorized charges and transactions (not made by you) in case of situations such as lost/stolen card or online fraud. This cover is highly recommended if you use the card frequently, online or offline.
Is there a fee for requesting a refund of an excess payment I made to my PNB - DLSZAA Platinum Mastercard account?
A refund fee of P300 is applicable to refund the excess amount to a PNB/Allied bank account or P500 for refund made to non-PNB bank CASA accounts.
How do I apply for redemption of the accumulated rewards points?
The PNB Credit Card Rewards Redemption form is required to initiate the redemption. The form is available for download on PNBs website. Once the form is duly filled and signed, it can be scanned and emailed, faxed or posted to the designated office (contact details available in the form).
