    The Union Bank St. Theresa’s Alumnae Association Visa Credit Card is a niche credit card built to enable Alumni of St. Theresa’s Institutions to contribute indirectly to academic and infrastructure projects undertaken by the group institution. UnionBank donates 50% of the annual fee and 0.5% of all retail transactions to the St. Theresa’s Association.

    • The applicant has to be minimum of 18 years of age.
    • The applicant must earn a minimum of P600,000 p.a. in order to be eligible for the Union Bank Gold Visa Card.

    Card Security Feature

    All transactions performed using the card, both online and offline, are secured by way of a comprehensive authentication process that requires customers to enter their PIN number or Password. In the case of online transactions, customers can either generate a permanent online secure password (which can be changed by the customer at any time), or receive a One-Time-Password which is sent to the registered mobile number. Customers will have to enter their card details and enter the password in order to complete the transaction.

    In the case of offline transactions, customers will have to enter their secure PIN in order to authenticate transactions at merchant terminals. Notifications and transaction alerts will be sent to the registered mobile number, thereby enabling customers to keep a tab on transactions performed using their credit cards.

    Customers can apply for the credit card by visiting the official website of Union Bank, filling out the online credit card application form and uploading relevant documents on the website. Documents that need to be submitted are identity documents and income documents.
