Express Payment System (EPS)
Express Payment System or EPS is features that is in – built in all the debit cards issued by BPI. People do not have to activate or enrol to use this system. EPS is accepted by more than 45, 000 merchants in the Philippines. When Filipinos make payments using their debit cards via EPS, their transaction is recorded in the transaction history of their BPI Express Online account and in their bank statement.
To make payments using debit card via EPS, people have to follow the steps below:

The BPI Debit Card is accepted at supermarkets, department stores, retail stores, bookstores, drugstores, hardware stores, etc. People can use their debit cards to make payments via BlacNet as well. If they do not see the BlancNet or EPS logo, they can ask the cashier, if the store accepts EPS.
Local and International ATM Access
People can use their BPI debit cards from any BPI ATM in and outside Philippines. They can also use their cards to withdraw money or make enquiries at any ATM that is affiliated with BancNet. If people use an ATM which does not belong to BPI, they will have to pay a convenience fee.
When people travel abroad, they can activate International Access on their BPI debit cards, which will give them access to more than 1 million ATMS affiliated to Cirrus and allow them to withdraw money in over 210 countries. To use BPI debit cards, people need a Personal Identification Number (PIN). This PIN will help them keep their card safe and prevent someone else from misusing it. In case you forget your debit card PIN, you will have to replace your card. When you receive a new card from the bank, you will have to choose a new PIN.
If you have lost your BPI debit card, then you should contact the bank as soon as possible to get it blocked. You can do so by contacting the bank on its toll free number or visiting any of its branch.
To place a debit card replacement request you can either visit any branch of the bank or visit the website of BPI Express Online. On the website, you have to login using your username and password. Then you have to select ‘Services’ from the Menu tab. In the Services section, choose ‘Replacement’ under ‘ATM Card Services’. Enter the details and click on ‘Submit’.
