      17. HDMF (Home Development Mutual Fund) ID
      18. DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) Certification
      19. Philippine Health Insurance Corporation ID

      21. IBP (Integrated Bar of Philippines) ID
      22. ACR (Alien Certificate of Residence) for the resident aliens from the Bureau of immigration
    UCPB Kiddie Max Accounts ITF (In Trust For Accounts) for children up to the age of 6 years –
    • 1 ID proof of the parent
    Principal account for the children between 7 years to 17 years of age –
    • Child’s valid ID
    • With written confirmation from the parents, the holders of the Kiddie Max accounts are issued ATM cards. They can also enrol to UCPB Connect.
    • On the 18th birthday of the child, the Kiddie Max account can be changed into a UCPB Regular ATM account.
    Uremit Accounts
    • OFW should produce a valid proof of the OFW status when opening an account like –
      1. OFW ID with photo
      2. POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Agency)
      3. OWWA (Overseas Workers Welfare Organisation) ID with photo
      4. Unexpired Overseas Employment Contract
      5. Working Visa
      6. Overseas Employment Certificate
      7. Resident ID
      8. Employment Pass

    Additional Documents

    Sole Proprietorship
    • Photocopy of Registration Certificate of the business name with DTI (Department of Trade and Industry)
    • Photocopy of the application made for registration of a Business Name, Firm or Style
    Joint Account
    • Agreement of Joint Account with Survivorship
    Non-Resident Citizen
    • Employment Contract certificate of Overseas Contract Worker registered with POEA (Philippine Overseas Employment Agency)
    • If the individual is a Filipino Seaman then Seaman’s Certificate is required
    Non-Resident Alien
    • Immigration Visa issued by the Government of the country he lives in
    • Residency certificate issued by the country he lives in
    • Philippines Bureau of immigration certifying that he is not a Philippine resident
    • Working Visa issued by the Philippine Embassy
    Resident Alien
    • Authenticated copy of ACR (Alien Certificate of Registration) from the Bureau of Immigration
